Shipping Methods and Costs
- We are currently delivering deliver to India Only (chosen locations) and offer different shipping options as applicable. For more information, Please contact our customer care service (email id and contact no)
- Shipping is free within India. For shipments outside India, please confirm to the shipping charges in payment section.
Delivery of Ordered Product
- The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout. Most garments will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of receiving the order.
- Accessories will be shipped within 2 weeks, depending on the designer and product style. However, this is subjected to availability.
By placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us or in the case of any issues with processing your order; you will be notified with an email.
Tracking My Order
Once you have place an order, we will send you a tracking number through an email. In that you will be able to view the date of your item is in process to the date of shipment to date of your item being in the process of delivery.
In case of Address Change after Ordering
In case of any error or change in shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us immediately in the customer care number. We will be unable to redirect the order once item have been dispatch.
Before the transit all product are insured till the product delivered to your given address. Once a package has been signed at the delivery address, it is no longer insured or Como’s responsibility. In any case of damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email or phone immediately with proper proof of damage
Duties and Taxes
For customer within India, all price specified on the website are inclusive of taxes and VAT as per Indian taxation system.
For customer outside India, custom duties are not included in the price. Customer is responsible for paying any import duties, customer fees, or any other local taxes. COMO will not pay or reimburse these charges. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs on arrival. For more information, please write / call to us on customer care.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The exception to this is for parcels being sent to Brazil, Israel, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand on our Standard Delivery service.
