COMO RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Conditions:-

  • Returns should be within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns product should be in original condition along with invoice, all label, tags, authenticity cards, bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies etc.
  • Return product should be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.
  • All footwear should be tried on a carpet surface before the trail.
  • Product returned under this policy will be subjected to quality testing.
  • We do not provide a refund on any goods sold.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit / COMO wallet if they fulfill our terms & condition.
  • COMO wallet shall not exceed the value of the product refunded.
  • Customized or special delivery order cannot be returned/ exchange.
  • Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store: – Credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time.
  • For returning the product, customer may write or calls to the store customer care e-mail or number.
  • Como is not liable for any damages of return transit.
  • In case of any return/ store- credit or alteration, the shipping charge will be borne by the customer.
  • In an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order, in this case refund will not be possible.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are subject to order confirmation done via phone call or email. During Sale/Promotion the timeline for the same is 48 to 72 hours. Orders not confirmed will be cancelled.

NON- RETURNABLE PRODUCT

  • Accessories that include nose ring, pocket squares, clutch, wallets, bags, scarves are not- returnable.
  • Briefs, swimming suites and bikini bottoms are non- returnable.
  • Custom made products are non – returnable.
  • Altered product as per the specifications/ measurements provided by customer or altered at cutomer’s end are non – returnable.
  • Products which were identified / marked as non- returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase are non – returnable.
  • Products that are purchased in any clearance sale/ special offer/ promotion organized by COMO are non – returnable.

Cancellation of Order

  • We will not able to process the cancellation once the order is placed / processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order within 24 hours of good received at our end.
  • We are always there to help and you can write to us at support@comocollective.com if you are not happy with the product you have received.
